WE ARE IN THE AMERICAN’S BLOG!!!!
With highlights of Italian fashion including Pitti Uomo (a personal favorite, with all those gorgeous Gosling-esque men dressed to the nines!), Florence is clearly undergoing a fabulous and fashionable (second) Renaissance. A cool example was the surprise fashion show on one of the city’s busiest streets put on by Bottega Quattro last Wednesday evening. All was quiet, and then, bam! A flash mob of eight models turned the crosswalk into a sexy Florentine catwalk. (Talk about street style!) Catching everyone nearby off-guard, they managed to pull off one hell of a shock and awe campaign (kinda like the feeling you get after seeing a colorful Versace show).

A brainchild of Gabriele Cintolo with special assistance from Krista Corso, Win Effect Firenze and designer Daniele Fiesoli– the event was a smashing success and caused a major stir in the city. The crosswalk runway show was followed by a party at the Bottega Quattro boutique packed with Florence’s most beautiful people, with music provided by DJ Marco Fullone of Radio Monte Carlo and Wendy D. Lewis.

La campagna scattata da Zena Halloway fa dello shopping una vera e propria immersione nelle tentazioni
Fare shopping? Un’esperienza unica. Come tuffarsi in una piscina e lasciarsi fluttuare nell’acqua. Crogiolarsi in un mare di tentazione facendosi cullare dalla bellezza di capi e accessori.
E’ questo il concept della campagna pubblicitaria che, progettata da Independent Ideas e scattata a Londra da Zena Holloway, servirà a presentare al pubblico il nuovoshopping center Fashion Valley: 15 mila metri quadrati a due passi da Firenze che verranno inaugurati domani.
Alle immagini la campagna affianca un videonel quale i due protagonisti, un uomo e una donna, sono immersi completamente in una piscina, vestiti di tutto punto con diversi look. A spiegare il behind the scenes della realizzazione è un video di backstage cheVogue.it mostra in anteprima.
